I am able to cover all problems that are of a mental or emotional origin. I can also treat physical symptoms that manifest from the mind. And I teach STRESS MANAGEMENT. Helen Rawles

Helen trained in medical aesthetic treatments some three years ago, after a long and interesting career as a nurse at Derriford Hospital, Plymouth, Devonshire. She retrained in aesthetics treatments because it was a subject she had always been interested in, and with a young family to look after, it offered her more flexibility.

Marisa Cesari

Marisa Cesari did her nutritional training at the ‘Institute For Optimum Nutrition’ in London founded by British leading Clinical Nutritionist Patrick Holford and she graduated in 1992. Since than she has been improving and upgrading her qualification by following post graduate updating on the latest nutritional research and most advanced tests available. She has been building up a busy consultancy in the last 15 years practising in 3 different London Clinics and in a recent past she moved her residence to Cornwall. She is a member of the ‘British Association for Nutritional Therapy’ (B.A.N.T.) and she is registered with the 'Nutritional Therapy Council' (N.T.C.).

Philip Hartnoll

Cranialsacral Osteopath: I got an 'inspiration' to train as an osteopath, aged 19, and qualified from the College of Osteopaths in 1987. It was the experience of the treatment of my eldest son that led me into the field of cranial osteopathy. I have been living and working in Tavistock for twenty years, where I also run a large natural health centre. I have been visiting Falmouth regularly for ten years, thanks to a harbour mooring for my classic boat. I love the area, and hope eventually to move here

Lucy Eaton

Lucy has been working in the field of complementary health care for the last four years. She has undertaken advanced training in Southampton, Brighton and Chichester, and run thriving clinics in West Sussex. Her special interest is Hot Stone Fusion Massage, a treatment which combines the use of natural basalt stones with hands-on deep massage techniques, developed by tutors from the original Stone Spa in New York. As well as a busy massage therapist and Reflexologist, Lucy is also a musician and a writer (novelist). She believes that her therapy work is itself a creative outlet - creating a treatment tailored to the individual needs of each client in order to relieve their pains and stresses!

I trained as a Reiki Practitioner in 1998 and more recently in advanced techniques with Penelope Quest. As a Practitioner Member of the UK Reiki Federation I adhere to a strict code of practice and am fully committed to offering a professional healing experience. I have worked with many clients who have all come to me with unique healing requirements and personal circumstances.
